TailHail does not directly operate the aircraft. FAA-licensed, DOT-registered air carriers and additional licensed air carriers are part of our aircraft charter network of “Partner Aircraft Fleet” for our members. These air carriers exercise full operational control of all flights that are organized or offered. TailHail is a technology-based aircraft charter platform, and is not a direct air carrier, air operator, aircraft owner or airline. All flights shown to our members are from our “Partner Aircraft Fleet” only, aircraft which have been vetted to ensure that have a valid Air Operators Certificate and approved for charter use by their registered authority. For on-demand flights, we act solely as an agent for our members and guests in organizing these flights on their behalf. TailHail does not carry additional liability insurance, our members are covered by aircraft operator insurance.
